1. Appointments & Scheduling

All appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time. Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, depending on availability.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or require a deposit for future bookings.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, UPI, and most major debit/credit cards. Prices may vary based on services and will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.

4. Refund & Service Satisfaction

Refunds are not provided for completed services. However, if you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to offer a resolution or correction.

5. Health, Safety & Cleanliness

Your safety is our priority. Please inform our staff of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or health conditions before your service. We follow strict hygiene practices, including sanitized tools and workstations for every client.

6. Privacy & Personal Data
